The concept of beauty varies enormously. It is different for every particular country, place, religion and even the way a person perceives it. There aren’t any common grounds to it. Thus, the topic is quite debatable.
Oftentimes, beauty is directly related to happiness, success, well-being, etc. We are told that if we look good or have perfect skin, then we’ll be happy. That’s a myth. Some people are born with not-so-perfect skin and are still happier than the ones whose skin is flawless. Also, real skin is not as perfect as we think, even if you have a fair complexion you may have to face other skin issues such as facial hair, acne breakouts, blackheads, open pores, dryness, etc. If you are taking efforts in making your skin perfect, then you must keep in mind that it’s unlike amazon prime, thus expecting results within a couple of days is utterly stupid.
Our insecurities and need for instant good looks have led to the emergence of varieties of cosmetic products. We all wear makeup to look attractive and try to fulfill our desire for perfect skin. If this makes you feel beautiful and better about yourself, then go for it. Make-up is just the creativity of our mind whereas beauty is what our soul beholds. The actual aim behind using make-up or cosmetic products should be to enhance one’s natural beauty. Makeup is used to make us more attractive but that doesn’t mean that we look ugly without make-up and cosmetic products.
Makeup is an art and not just a mask that we may use to hide. An art that not everybody can master. It takes a long time to learn and practice it and everyone has their own way of doing it. Some may learn and practice it for being a professional make-up artist while some pursue it just as a hobby or for self-care. I wear makeup for myself because it’s fun.
Basically, a Pro Make-up artist or MUA is an artist who applies makeup on your face in a way that would highlight your beauty. Every MUA has its own techniques, tips and varied cosmetic products and tools that work like a magic wand. They work on enhancing our appearance by sharpening our features and camouflaging our flaws.
Many people would be surprised at how great makeup is. It is not just for making us look good or flawless, it has a unique attribute of changing one’s appearance completely. You can be anything and everything if you can master the art of make-up. It has its contribution in creating and dressing the super cool movie heroes, villains, aliens, mystical creatures, etc. Its use is not limited to a particular category of people. It is for everyone who likes it. Make-up is a powerful way to revealing unique features effectively. So, let’s get high on gloss and high on tint.
Make-up shouldn’t be worn for impressing others. With Or without make-up, our confidence and self-esteem shouldn’t alter at all. Do it if you are really into it. Don’t pay heed to the people who tease you or call you ugly. That’s their perception. If someone appreciates external beauty more than internal then it’s not our concern as we cannot change anyone’s perception. Beauty is not how your face looks but how you feel. It lies within.
Some may even quote that the girls who wear makeup are fake. Do we consider our houses fake or lame when we adorn them? No, then remember a human face is like a house and makeup is like home decor. Unfortunately, our houses or any other places, we decorate aren’t called fake but the human faces are said to be fake for wearing makeup and enhancing our self. It is an individual choice and not a topic for the public podium. Everyone may have a different perception towards it but we need not entertain everyone’s opinion.
Once a woman said, “I can’t buy happiness but I can buy make-up” meaning that makeup actually gives her happiness. “I love the confidence that makeup gives me.” So follow the path that leads to your happiness and not what others think of it. Most of the girls love dressing up and wearing make-up even when they have nowhere to go as it makes them feel better about themselves and the opinions of others have nothing to do with it. Darling, what you think of yourself is a lot more important than what others think of you. You may surround yourself with makeup, but not with negativity and judgments.
If you have a beautiful face, be grateful and not arrogant. Try to propagate that beauty via your words, attitude and kindness by not humiliating Or goofing others. Appreciate it if you can or at least do not comment negatively on someone’s way of wearing makeup or the products they use. People are already struggling with themselves and the opinions of society and in some cases with their families and near ones too. As showing off is considered more important than being truly beautiful, people are taking more effort in looking beautiful than being one from within. Some girls prefer keeping it subtle by just moisturizing their skin and using kajal and lip balm while others prefer putting concealer, foundation, compact, along with eyeshadows, mascara, lipsticks, etc. It is totally subjective. Don’t compare yourself to anyone instead be proud of what you are. The great Lord who can add such fine details in a single snowflake has definitely gifted every one of us with some uniqueness. Remember, you are created by the one who has created mountains, forests, rivers and everything that is beautiful naturally.
Inner beauty is great but also remember that little mascara and some lipstick never hurts. Lipstick is magical. So ladies, be bold like red lipstick so that any other shade can’t beat you. Lips without Lipstick are like Cake without frosting. When people complain about how much makeup you buy- reply something savage like I could be a drug addict. Don’t you feel lucky how I am:)? Remember, a woman is helpless only while her nail polish is drying. I think the man should compliment her girl for her makeup because the cost of her foundation could probably fill up his gas tank.
Once a Make-up lover said, ” I can’t see the haters, my lashes are too long”. So lovelies! You may look down only to show off your eye shadow or to put forth your hand to express kindness & goodness. Life isn’t perfect but your makeup can be and this perfection can only be achieved by practicing goodness, feeling grateful and sharpening your make-up skills. Try to make your day as flawless as your makeup.

It is usually done for making them more impressive. Various apps offer different filters. Some work on the background while some work on the hues and others on facial features. Beauty filters can be used to make your complexion better and smoother, enhance the eyes, hide your pimples, moles and blemishes. You may customize them as you want to look. Just like this, models, actors, etc use filters and other editing effects for looking flawless on the cover of the magazine or in any photo portfolio or movie. You may use beauty filters for your own happiness but don’t compare your skin with everyone you see on social media. Real skin is imperfect and everyone knows that having a dark complexion, blackheads, whiteheads, pores, pimples, moles and pigmented skin is normal. So don’t overthink about your skin.
