Mental Health — Right State Of Mind

Good Mental Health means you are having the right thinking for everything. You are happy and satisfied with everything around you. You have acceptance of everything. You are not having any chaos in your mind. You feel peace within. You are taking care of your body.

When your mental health is good only then you can deal with everyday life challenges and can build strong relationships with the people around you.

Only a healthy mindset can help you to take care of your body. Respond in the right and correct way to every positive and negative aspect of your life can lead you towards the Right state of mind.

Some ways to improve your mental health are:

1. Be positive, no matter what. Even in the worst, try to find something good that taught you something good. Replace harsh and demanding words with more accepting and appreciative.

2. Do something for someone. Believe it or not. You’ll feel too good when you do this.

3. Be transparent to someone. There must be 2–3 people in your life that you can share and tell each and everything. Share your all dark secrets at least one person (choose wisely, don’t trust everyone u meet) in your life. Trust me; you’ll feel light n happy when u do this.

4. Eat Healthy, Exercise, and Sleep well.

5. Take your compliments and criticisms in the same way.

6. Trust yourself no matter what. Realize your own ability.

7. Appreciate yourself for everything because Self-appreciation is the motivational factor. Don’t wait for someone to appreciate you, people appreciate according to their moods.

8. Fix your mood by yourself, don’t wait for someone to come and fix you. Because you are the only person who makes you happy.

9. Don’t wait for the others to love you. Try to love yourself the way you do to others. Self-love, self-acceptance is the most important.

10. Accept your mistakes and try not to repeat that. To the best of my knowledge, people who accept their mistakes are more likely to be happy than ones who don’t.

11. Love and accept the way your body and belongings are. Don’t try to change it forcefully. Make a change if you want to. Avoid peer pressure, don’t do anything in it.

12. Watch good in everyone and in everything. Our job is not to set things in the right way but to see them in the right way.

13. Listen to your intuition. Trust me your inner self knows everything. Don’t ignore its voice.

By following the above points, one can easily achieve a good Mental State.
